A. “All for one” (working evenly but however)..

For Time, working in pairs:

150 Thrusters (35/25kg)

150 Bar Facing Burpees

150/120 Cal Row (M-75, F-60)


Or “One for all” (all movements broken 50/50)..

Person one does all 75 of their Thrusters, then person two completes their 75 reps.

Move on, following the same style for the Bar Facing Burpees and Row for calories.
