Wall Balls (9/6kg)

*Complete one of each after a set of Wall Balls

40/30 Cal Ski, 40/30 Cal Row, 400m Run


Eg. Person 1, 50 WB / then person 2, 50 WB / then person 1, 40 cal ski / then person 2, 40 cal ski. Continue the same for the 30' and 10's.
