Every 3:00 for 12:00 (4 sets), complete:

- 12 reps @ 65% - 8 reps @ 70%

- 6 reps @ 75%

- 4 reps @ 80%


Break reps up anyhow, 1’s, 2’s, unbroken, whatever works best for you.

Goal is completion of reps at a high quality movement standard.

2. Fitness

EMOM 24:00

Min 1 - 16/12 Cal Bike Erg

Min 2 - 16 Push-ups

Min 3 - 16 Goblet Reverse Lunges (24/16kg)

Min 4 - 8 Push Press (60/40kg)
