25:00 AMRAP:
20 Toes To Bar
20 KB Swings (32/24kg)
20 Burpees
- Person 1 & 2 begin AMRAP (one working at a time) whilst person 3 begins row until they reach 20/15 cal.
- When the row is finished, teams rotate (in order), person 1 goes to the rower, person 3 joins person 2 and continues the AMRAP.
- Do this for 25:00 to accumulate as many reps as possible in the workout AND as many change overs as possible on the rower.
- Score is reps X row change overs
