Power Clean + Front Squat + Push Press + Back Squat + Push Press

*Goal is to accumulate as much weight as possible to beat your original test score

*Must increase weight every round (min 1kg)

*If you fail an unbroken cycle, you may try it again but cannot add weight until the current weight has been completed.
