A) "Hope" (Retest)

- Burpees

- Power Snatch (35/25kg)

- Box Jumps (24"/20")

- Thrusters (35/25kg)

- Chest To Bar Pullups

*1:00 rest between rounds


B) Fittest 3 people:

1600m run


Everyone else:

In pairs - 3 x 400m (relay style)
