Complete the following work, in teams of 3, in any movement order..
100 Strict Pull-ups
100 KB Swings (24/16kg)
100 Renegade Rows (22.5/15kg DB)
100 Floor Wipers (50/35kg) (L = 1, R = 2 etc)
100m HS Walk / Bear crawl
*1 person of the group is to be running a 200m run at all times.
*1 person working (everyone must contribute time each movement)
*1 person resting
*100 reps of a chosen movement must be complete before moving to another.
