World Class Fitness in 100 words
Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercises but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts; deadlifts, clean, squats, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics; pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push ups, sit ups, presses to hand stand, pirouettes, flips, splits and holds. Bike, run skip row etc. Hard and Fast. Five or six days per week. Mix these elements in as many combinations, patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keeps workouts short and intense, regularly learn and play new sports

loved this workout this morning. i did two rounds of hspu on the wall with one pad and foam and then mick changed me to blue bands for four rounds.
hspu are so much harder with the bands.

Lauren you are amazing. I did 5 rounds x 400m run and 59 HSPU off box. First time I have run without stopping and the whole way into shed. Feels good mentally.
see you guys Monday, fishing tournament this weekend. Hopefully lots of workout with 200+ kg fish on te end of a line.
