Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercises but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts; deadlifts, clean, squats, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics; pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push ups, sit ups, presses to hand stand, pirouettes, flips, splits and holds. Bike, run skip row etc. Hard and Fast. Five or six days per week. Mix these elements in as many combinations, patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keeps workouts short and intense, regularly learn and play new sports

Well done today Von, It's a tough call when it comes to RXD, but like I was saying to you this monring to clam RXD yourself the whole WOD must be RXD. Your getting there.

I mentioned the other night that when I tried to get my ticket for the QLD qualifiers I had trouble. Obviously the site was not working properly as I managed to get the ticket/pay for it etc yesterday.
Will do my very best to make it in tonight but extremely busy at work at the moment and nearly impossible to get away early.
