Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercises but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts; deadlifts, clean, squats, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics; pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push ups, sit ups, presses to hand stand, pirouettes, flips, splits and holds. Bike, run skip row etc. Hard and Fast. Five or six days per week. Mix these elements in as many combinations, patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keeps workouts short and intense, regularly learn and play new sports

it's back to the physio again for me...this time my back, and i can't even work out what the hell i did!!!
BUT it's day 4 and I did 10 awesome pushups on my lounge room floor. The dogs thought I was playing. It was tricky.

Sorry guys - didn't make it in this morning. I actually slept through the alarm and woke at 5.50am. Must have really needed the extra sleep because I don't do that very often.
Will do my pushups today and will post it when done.
I am off to Canberra at lunchtime today until Monday so will see you all bright and early next Tuesday. I will keep up with my daily pushups while I am away.

Hey Lee...went to physio..my back needs at least 3-4 days rest with no lifting, no twisting and not much of anything else fun, apparently. So i will be still going to the Challenge on Saturday. As a spectator and a cheerleader only. I hope to be back at crossfit on Monday, feeling rested and 100%.
(at least i can work on my pushups woo hooo!)
9 kg, what are you guys using?? thats the biggest we got.
9 kg is fine dude, we use 10kg for male and 6kg for female.

Oh my god!!! My calf muscles are so sore from the double unders yesterday (That I CAN"T DO!!!!) It took me all of the workout to try and get only 50! I agree with Trina they totally suck!! I enjoyed the workout today though. Thanks for modifying it for me Lee due to my stupid knee!

great work out. fell on my head... AGAIN while doing HSPU. if i wasnt so buggered i would of been laughing my head off. Got my 10 push ups out today..keep thinking about that 56 number. hmmmmm
