Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercises but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts; deadlifts, clean, squats, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics; pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push ups, sit ups, presses to hand stand, pirouettes, flips, splits and holds. Bike, run skip row etc. Hard and Fast. Five or six days per week. Mix these elements in as many combinations, patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keeps workouts short and intense, regularly learn and play new sports

We went for a 23k ride this morning along that new road between Spotlight and the racecourse...against the wind all the way. Then i got home and thought, what the hell, i'll do 10 pushups. Iced my knee last night..it's on fire.

Mick, what's this 'buy in' thingy mean???i'm confused! maybe you guys can post the challenge requirement stuff onto the blog or onto facebook so we can see what we have to do ...since we cannot take our booklets home!

It's for people who havnt started the Pushup challenge but are going to join from that day.
eg. Day 3 today so 3+2+1=6 Pushups
All they are doing is catching up. If u only miss one day u just make that number up the next day plus whatever u r up 2.
(eg. If i completed day 1, missed 2
then today i would do 5 Pushups.)
We will start from today have a single post to say what day of the challenge we r up to and also the skills u can have a crack at 15 mins before and during the session.

damn something I'm good at and I couldn't make it in! Lily's dancing is finally over so I'll be back in tomorrow. have done all my pushups for the push up challenge though. will also bring my I AM CROSSFIT book back 2moro.

Finally did my 400m run in under 2.04 (1.55 to be precise) and am extremely relieved, also did 30second static clean, so two down today. Very sore tonight from WOD, Ria your turn now to do the run, if I can do it you can definitely do it....Ange B
