World Class Fitness in 100 words
Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercises but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts; deadlifts, clean, squats, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics; pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push ups, sit ups, presses to hand stand, pirouettes, flips, splits and holds. Bike, run skip row etc. Hard and Fast. Five or six days per week. Mix these elements in as many combinations, patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keeps workouts short and intense, regularly learn and play new sports

Wow am i glad i had to miss that this morning!
I did 11 pushups and my back is feeling much better after a good night's rest, voltaren and a hot pack.
I will bring my camera to the crossfit challenge thingy tomorrow, but can only stay until mid morning...see you there :)
I forgot to do my 4 push ups before leaving the shed last night but did them when I got home. Hey Mick and Tamara have a good weekend - we will fly the CFSC flag for you tomorrow at the challenge. Priorities!!!!!!

Yeah give it 2 me, had a trip to Hervey Bay booked a month before the date was announced for the challenge, their will be plenty more Wan, then maybe u can go in your first one lol!!

Enjoyed todays work out, I hate running cause I run like an old man, but still enjoyed the challenge.

Friday morning and my calfs are screaming after the 4 rounds of 25 double unders that I did on Wed night. I have only gone to 4 Cross Fit sessions but already I am addicted. I have never felt so energetic, enthusiastic and empowered by a work out before. The only thing I need to work out is how to get my legs working again. My new friend is pain and I'm his little Bitch. I look forward to continuing to come over the next rest of life. Cheers guys.

i definatly underestimated that WOD
Did first 800m in 4.16 so was very happy and also my 30 situps yesterday, so two more things off Level 1 of the challenge, see you all next Thursday, I am off to sail the seven seas for a few days...will be at challenge in morning and then away...promise to do my situps and the workouts you gave me Mick, one week down of this challenge, really enjoying it so far....Angie

Sat 5/12 just saw Lori & Em in their heat at Crossfit Games, well done guys, you were both working so hard, I was in awe!!! Wish I could have stayed longer, have done my six pushups and now off for a kid free few days. Not sure if I can post while away, catch everyone Thursday, kick ass all those heading into second week of the challenge. Thanks Kirby for the positive comment mate, your a champ.

Great work to everyone who went in the Coastal challenge on the weekend. I was exhausted just WATCHING the couple of heats I did!
Pleased to hear the CFSC girls showed the guys up with Lori and Lyndall taking out 2nd & 3rd places respectively and Lee 4th in the guys!
