World Class Fitness in 100 words
Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercises but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts; deadlifts, clean, squats, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics; pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push ups, sit ups, presses to hand stand, pirouettes, flips, splits and holds. Bike, run skip row etc. Hard and Fast. Five or six days per week. Mix these elements in as many combinations, patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keeps workouts short and intense, regularly learn and play new sports

Wow u guys, what a great turnout of crossfitters you've been getting! How great is that?! I love when there r heaps of people at the sesh the atmosphere is so much better and I love working in pairs it keeps u pushing harder and I know I definately need that! I've been on the zone (yes Mick, strictly) now for 2 weeks and I feel great! I even feel like my tummy is shrinking which is fan-freakin-tastic! You guys may not be able to notice but I can. Thanks so much u guys u ROCK!!!! Oh, and I miss Francine!

hey guys - just letting you know I am taking a break from CF. I have made a commitment to Guide Dogs and I need to concentrate on training Miss Wren. There is a chance that she will be placed with a visually impaired athlete so hopefully we will see Wren at the next olympics! I hope to return soon and hopefully you will all have reached your goals!

yep RXD so far this week. Now if I could only get someone to bring me a coffee to my desk. The kitchen is way too far and I can't move
I'm unable to do squats at the moment so I did the following with Emanuella.
Max reps of:
Hand stand push ups
Ring push ups
toe push ups
knee push ups
I got 14, 8, 8 & 44 = 74 total.
Really need to start working on my toe pushups for the next I AM CROSSFIT challenge!
