Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercises but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts; deadlifts, clean, squats, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics; pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push ups, sit ups, presses to hand stand, pirouettes, flips, splits and holds. Bike, run skip row etc. Hard and Fast. Five or six days per week. Mix these elements in as many combinations, patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keeps workouts short and intense, regularly learn and play new sports

Awesome weekend had by all at the Olympic lifting cert at Crossfit Bris Saturday and Sunday, thanks to coach B, Matt Swift and all the awesome coaches that helped out over the weekend.1

oh my that was really hard.
Also did my 1 pushup and completed the 400m run on the level 1 for the challenge.

Sounds like a tough one
just wondering if anyone can recommend a good physio down this way in caloundra?? any recommendations would be greatly appreaciated. I really need to get an old shoulder girdle condition sorted out. Cheers

I am crossfit has started. I did my one (1) pushup off my toes today - the first one that I have ever done. Pushups today - double unders tomorrow (or sometime in the future anyway)
hey Blair..i see a great physio named Reuben, he's at Caloundra sportscare physio on bulcock st. between the dry cleaner and Montezuma's.
they are also pretty good at Body4Life behind the post office.
