the other will rest for 1 min. Each Athelet will
perform 5 rounds of 1 min max lifts

Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercises but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts; deadlifts, clean, squats, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics; pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push ups, sit ups, presses to hand stand, pirouettes, flips, splits and holds. Bike, run skip row etc. Hard and Fast. Five or six days per week. Mix these elements in as many combinations, patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keeps workouts short and intense, regularly learn and play new sports

Attention all!!
Now groups are starting to grow, it is very important that we are arriving either early or on time. If u can notify us if it is a one off time that u may b late or need to leave early it will help us run sessions smoothly and have u out on time. Any late comers will either not be given first preference to equipment or miss out all together!!!

I wasn't in the intro group for the first time this morning - I graduated up to the WOD for today - back to intro tomorrow probably. Pushing the boundaries a little further each day and loving it.

Yes for 0545! (Mark says yes too)...also maybe you need to have 2 morning sessions during summer? seems like a lot of ppl coming in the mornings, and i can honestly say from coming to crossfit from the beginning, small group sessions are what i like...it gets a little chaotic with so many ppl at one session...does anyone agree??
Yes what Von said....5.45am or even earlier is fine with me.
And yes maybe 2 groups...one at 5.30 and the next at 6.30 would be a great idea.

i agree with having 2 sessions but if we had that many numbers every morning then we would, but if we are only getting the numbers tuesdays and thursdays then it does not make sense.
also more numbers create a better atmosphere and pushes people harder in their workouts.
What do you think.
Most people need to leave by 7 for work as well.

though once i finish at buncorreee i dont care what time i get up in the morning

numbers don't worry me too much. Although I am beginning to worry as the big days seem to be when I'm not there. I swear I use a deodorant.
Happy to start early during summer.
