Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercises but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts; deadlifts, clean, squats, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics; pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push ups, sit ups, presses to hand stand, pirouettes, flips, splits and holds. Bike, run skip row etc. Hard and Fast. Five or six days per week. Mix these elements in as many combinations, patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keeps workouts short and intense, regularly learn and play new sports

Very poor performance by me this morning. Modified almost everything, but at least my push-ups are on track....i'm up to 20/day.
If it doesn't rain tomorrow we're going for a bike ride instead....40k i think.
I've got nothing today, very flat. Was struggling during the first round. Tomorrow is another day, hopefully will be up to it.
I wasn't motivated this morning either :( Might be the heat! Hopefully tomorrow will be better...

GD and Lauren get you diet sorted out it will make a big difference.
You spend all week training hard to stuff it up with shit diet. Just ask anyone the difference they feel when they eat good or if they eat bad. Diet is 90% of your progress here at CFSC. The sooner you zone the better.
I avoided the Zone for 14 Months and I lacked everytime I came in, felt very slack most days.
On the zone I am pumped and only now I am able to step it up to RXD's, not on everything but the Zone does work for sure!
On the last challenge, On the zone I ate more, progressed more and lost 6kgs more! The zone is the Shit!!!!!!

I agree, diet is v.important and i do feel heaps better on the Zone...but everyone still has their bad days regardless!! and this week has been one of them for me LOL.

Good Eating is the difference between feeling great,being more energetic and most of all physical performance. Your right Wan most people may have a bad day here and their but everyone needs to b accountable for looking after themselves. It is very easy for us to see who looks after themselves through there attitude and physical performance. We are here to help all our members anytime, because it's true this is where your results are..
