World Class Fitness in 100 words
Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercises but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts; deadlifts, clean, squats, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics; pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push ups, sit ups, presses to hand stand, pirouettes, flips, splits and holds. Bike, run skip row etc. Hard and Fast. Five or six days per week. Mix these elements in as many combinations, patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keeps workouts short and intense, regularly learn and play new sports

when I first started Crossfit I wondered how I was ever going to get my arse far enough off the groung to get my chin above the bar to complete one pull up. Today I acheived the 10 pull ups set down in the July challenge. Not once but twice. Thanks again guys, also thanks to the crew of a morning they are really supportive. I also appreciate the tips fom Cliff and Rach, every bit helps. Ohh by the way Rob, this means I definitely won't be doing 150 burpees!
