Practice and train major lifts; deadlifts, clean, squats, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics; pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push ups, sit ups, presses to hand stand, pirouettes, flips, splits and holds. Bike, run skip row etc. Hard and Fast. Five or six days per week. Mix these elements in as many combinations, patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keeps workouts short and intense, regularly learn and play new sports

the knee is good enough to ride pushie now, and i have done three good sessions in two days. come 27th of july you will get absolutely smashed. i will have lost a bit of strength but my cardio by then will be phenominal. you keep talking yourself up (while u can) as when i get back u wont know what has hit................
by the way this is to GD. the soon to be broken.
Man sounds like I'm going to have to get my finger out and make sure I can keep up. That's is only going to give you 4 days to work on those pull ups. 10 by the 31st! maybe you'll need all that cardio to do the 150 burpees.
