Rest Days - Go surf, climb mountains, play golf hang out with friends. Try something the you could never do prior to starting CrossFit. Have a great weekend everyone.

World Class Fitness in 100 words
Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercises but not body fat. Practice and train major lifts; deadlifts, clean, squats, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics; pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push ups, sit ups, presses to hand stand, pirouettes, flips, splits and holds. Bike, run skip row etc. Hard and Fast. Five or six days per week. Mix these elements in as many combinations, patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keeps workouts short and intense, regularly learn and play new sports

I really felt the snatches yesterday in my back and had to stop, didnt want to make it worse so I went a bit easier today.
I'll have to ask crossfit holland for some tips over performing the snatch.
Good work on the run Em, you've come such a long way since the days when you couldn't do the 1km lap without hyperventilating!
this is a shocker of a photo....but i must admit happy with the shaping of the arms thanks cross fit!!
